The team rowed 1200km from Mangalia (Romania) to Batumi (Georgia), and completed the row in 9 days, 18 hours and 5 minutes. Team members were Alex Drumbrava (Romania), Danny Longman, Gregg Botterman and Roland Burr (all UK). The row was completed in accordance with the Ocean Rowing Society’s guidelines, and was completely human-powered (no sails etc.) and unsupported.’
