The most people playing Monopoly is 918, achieved by Little Legs Foundation® (Australia) in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia on 30 March 2025.

The Little Legs Foundation® supports children battling brain cancer and is named after Alegra who passed away at the age of 6. Her parents founded the charity to raise awareness and funds. Alegra loved the game of Monopoly so the charity has created their very own officially licensed version of the game and sell it as a way for people to donate. The version is called "Alegra's Army" and is what everyone played during the attempt. The foundation, along with its many sponsors, created a buzzing afternoon of Monopoly where participants had a blast in honour of Alegra!
