The most motor races completed in 24 hours (individual) is 7 and was achieved by Peter Michael Gottschalk (Brazil) in Viamão, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, on 28 November 2020.

Peter is a driver with a passion for racing cars, and whenever there is a possibility, he likes to participate in several races over the same weekend.

In November 2020, a festival took place at the Tarumã race track, in Porto Alegre (Brazil), where 12 races happened on the same weekend, between the 28th and 29th.

Although Peter's team leader thought he couldn't drive for the 12 races in the same weekend, he decided to challenge him and run all the car races which took place over

that weekend.

"When I decided to take part in the races, I didn't even consider a record. But everybody in the paddock started telling me that they had never seen a driver participating in so many motor races over the same weekend. Then I had to check if I had really been the driver who had participated in the most motor races in the same weekend, especially for 24 hours".

For Peter, being a Guinness World Records title holder ''means that this achievement is written for prosperity. It is quite an achievement not only for me but also for the entire team which supported me so that this record could be achieved!''
