Largest song and dance routine - single location

The largest song and dance routine involved 5,678 people performing "Hard Knock Life", from the musical Annie, and was achieved by Foyle School of Speech & Drama, in association with Foyle Hospice (both UK), at Ebrington Square in Derry, Northern Ireland, UK, on 2 March 2013. The event was organised by Sandra Biddle (UK) to raise funds for Foyle Hospice. The event involved participants of all ages and cultures. The City's Mayor, Kevin Campbell, said that the record attempt "captured the hearts and minds of so many people in our wonderful city".
