The largest game of telephone involves 1,847 people, and was achieved by Michigan Operators Business Association and Doner Partners (all USA) at Comerica Park in Detroit, Michigan, USA on 27 June 2025.
"The McDonald’s snack wrap is back" was the secret saying in this record-setting game of telephone. The iconic sandwich launched in 2006 and was discontinued in 2016, but is coming to stores once again on July 10.
The McDonald’s restaurant operators of Michigan and ad-agency Doner wanted to spread the news the old-fashioned way - by word of mouth. They chose to do it at Comerica Park, home of the MLB’s Detroit Tigers.
