First videogame with Lenslok copy protection

The ZX Spectrum version of Elite was the first Lenslok copy protected game. A small plastic lens was placed over the television screen to unscramble a two-digit code that appeared after the game had loaded. The fiddly device was notoriously unreliable and only 11 games used it.
