The fastest motorized garden shed, built and driven by Kevin Nicks (UK), clocked a top speed of 106.123 mph (170.788 km/h) over a standing mile (1.6 km) at the Straightliners event held at the Elvington airfield in North Yorkshire, UK, on 27 September 2020.

At the heart of the shed is a Volkswagen Passat with Quattro four-wheel drive, which Kevin refitted with a 450-horsepower V6 twin-turbo Audi RS4 engine. The shed had to undergo rigorous tests to qualify as road-worthy by the UK Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency. This marked the second time that Kevin had beaten his own record for fastest shed, exceeding the 170.268 km/h (105.800 mph) he achieved at Pendine Sands in Wales, UK, on 22 September 2019. The speed was ratified by the UK Timing Association.
