Boasting an initial story by film director Steven Spielberg, the first 12 titles of the Medal of Honor series focused on the exploits of US forces during World War II. The 2010 reboot Medal of Honor relocated the action to modern Afghanistan. However the sequel, 2012’s Warfighter, was poorly received, and the series was placed on hold.
