The most commercially successful RTS series to date is Command & Conquer, which had sold more than 30 million units as of July 2011. The last game in the series, Command & Conquer 4: Tiberian Twilight (EALA, 2010), concluded the saga, which began 15 years previously. In 2011, Electronic Arts announced plans to launch another RTS title, to be developed by new strategy studio Victory Games.
