The fastest time to play a concert on each continent is 98 days, 22 hours and was achieved by Stefan Doniga (Romania) and Diana Jipa (Romania) in Antarctica, on 14 December 2024.
After preparing for a whole year, the two musicians decided to showcase the relevance of classical music by touring all seven continents and performing professional concerts at various venues. Their tour included Brussels (Belgium, September 7), Pretoria (South Africa, September 12), Cebu (The Philippines, September 17), Auckland (New Zealand, September 21), New York (USA, September 29), Lima (Peru, October 1st) and Chilean Research Base “Julio Escudero” (Antarctica, December 14).
Their intention was to underline the beauty and the importance of freedom, showing that it is possible to enjoy true culture and music all over the Earth, to share values without restraint.
Diana and Stefan wanted to inspire and motivate their public and especially young people to follow their dreams with perseverance and hard work and to try to become the first in the world.
