Jerome Abramovitch (Canada) regularly injects 250 ml (8.7 fl oz) of saline into his forehead, as his signature piece of performance art, to create the largest forehead inflation. Abramovitch has also injected 150 ml (5.2 fl oz) into his cheeks at the same time - a total of 400 ml (14 fl oz) of saline injected into the face in total.
