Muhammad set a brand new record thanks to his strong skull. For this attempt, he used a thick, flat piece of marble that's typically used for countertops, floors, and statues. Besides having a sturdy scalp, one would have to have a combination of skills, such as physical conditioning and a high tolerance for pain. A strong neck and upper body are crucial to absorb the shock and prevent whiplash. Core strength is also helpful as it stabilizes the body during each strike.

Honestly, this would would be very painful on the head, even with proper training, at the end of the day, the skull is still striking a slab of rock. High pain tolerance and mental resilience are essential for this challenge.
