The organizer chose dragon as costumes because it's symbol of luck and strength in traditional Chinese culture and 2024 is a year of dragon in lunar calendar. 306 residents of Eastern district of Hong Kong were invited to take this attempt, the event is aimed to create a joyous and united atmosphere in the community and boost the local economy.
