Most wins of Wheelchair Olympia

The record for the most wins of the Wheelchair Olympia competition, a bodybuilding contest for wheelchair users held alongside the annual Mr Olympia contest, is five, achieved by Harold Kelley (USA) between its founding in 2018 and 2022. In 2023 Kelley finished in second place behind Karol Milewski (Poland).

Kelley was a professional bodybuilder for many years before a car accident in 2007 left him paralyzed from the waist down. After completing his medical rehabilitation, he decided to return to the sport he loved, and began a new training regimen adapted to his condition.
