DJ/producer Skrillex (USA, b. Sonny Moore) won a record-extending fourth award in the Best Dance/Electronic Recording category at the 66th Grammy Awards on 4 February 2024, for “Rumble”, feat. Fred Again.. and Flowdan. First presented in 1998, Skrillex had previously won for “Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites” (2012), “Bangarang” (feat. Sirah, 2013) and “Where Are Ü Now” (feat. Justin Bieber, 2016), released with Diplo as the duo Jack Ü.
Justin Timberlake (2007–08), Diplo (2016 and 2019) and The Chemical Brothers (2006 and 2020) have all won two Best Dance/Electronic Recording awards since its inception.
