Srirangam Temple, at Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, in India, is the world's largest Hindu temple. Dedicated to the Hindu god Vishnu, the temple complex covers an area of 63.1 ha (156 acres) with a perimeter of 9,934 m (32,592 ft) .
The temple consists of seven concentric enclosures around the inner sanctum, the highest of which rises to 70.1 m (230 ft).
Please note, this temple is a working temple, unlike Angkor Wat which is larger but not in use.
