The most bowling balls stacked vertically without the use of adhesives is ten by Dave Kremer (USA) on the set of Guinness World Records: Primetime, Los Angeles, California, USA on 19 November 1998. This achievement was equalled by Shen Xiaoshi (China) on the set of CCTV - Guinness World Records Special in Beijing, China on 8 January 2016.
It took Shen over 2 hours to complete the stack of ten balls, which then collapsed while he attempted to add an 11th bowling ball.
