The largest annual general meeting (AGM) of a company's investors is that held by the investment firm Berkshire Hathaway (USA). Official attendance figures are not released, but the 2017 meeting, held in Omaha, Nebraska, USA, on 6 May, is estimated to have attracted around 42,000 people.

The event – nicknamed the "Woodstock of Capitalism" – is held at the CenturyLink Center Omaha, a 1,100,000-square-foot (102,000-m^2) facility with an 18,975-seat arena. Visitors come to hear the annual address from CEO and investment guru Warren Buffett, and take part in the Q&A session he hosts with his vice-president Charles Munger. In addition to the official business, the AGM includes such events as the "Invest in Yourself" 5k run, "Shareholder Steak Night" and a short parody movie starring the company's octogenarian CEO.
