Justin Bieber (Canada, b. 1 March 1994) was 27 years 145 days old when his 100th career hit on the Billboard Hot 100 – “Stay”, with The Kid Laroi – debuted at No.3 on 24 July 2021. This total includes solo hits, lead artist (or co-lead) entries and tracks on which he’s been a featured vocalist.


Bieber first appeared on the Hot 100 on 25 July 2009 with “One Time”, which debuted at No.95 when he was 15 years 146 days old. Seven of his 100 US hits have reached No.1: “What Do You Mean?” (2015), “Sorry” (2016), “Love Yourself” (2016), “I’m the One” (2017), “Despacito” (2017), “Stuck with U” (2020) and “Peaches” (2021).

Bieber dethroned fellow Canadian Drake (b. 24 October 1986), who was aged 28 when he amassed his 100th Hot 100 entry in 2015. US rapper Lil Wayne (b. 27 September 1982) was 29 when his 100th hit arrived in 2012.

Ten solo acts – Drake, Lil Wayne, Taylor Swift, Future, Nicki Minaj, Elvis Presley, Kanye West, Chris Brown, Jay-Z and Justin Bieber – have registered at least 100 entries on the Hot 100 since its inception on 4 August 1958.
