The fastest time to build the LEGO® Colosseum is 8 hr 40 min 55 sec, and was achieved by Artsiom Salauyou (Belarus) in Minsk, Belarus on 15 August 2021.
Artsiom attempted this record just for fun and achieved a time of roughly 11 hours. Knowing he could go even faster, he decided to officially go for the Guinness World Records title and achieved the 8 hr 40 min 55 sec time. The Colosseum model measures over 10.5” (27cm) high, 20.5” (52cm) wide and 23.5” (59cm) deep. With 9,036 pieces it’s one of the biggest LEGO® sets in the world. Record breaking runs in the family, as Artsiom's Father Vitalii Solovev holds the Guinness World Records title for largest collection of LEGO® sets in a home collection.
