Mary Beatrice Duggan (England) (1925–73) took a record 77 wickets (av. 13.49) in 17 Tests from 1949 to 1963. She recorded the best Test analysis with seven wickets for six runs for England v. Australia at St Kilda, Melbourne on 22 Feb 1958.
Rubina Winifred Humphries (b. 19 Aug 1915), for Dalton Ladies v. Woodfield SC, at Huddersfield, W Yorks on 26 Jun 1931, took all ten wickets for no runs. (She also scored all her teams runs.) This bowling feat was equalled by Rosemary White (b. 22 Jan 1938) for Wallington LCC v. Beaconsfield LCC in July 1962.
Betty Garside took seven wickets with seven consecutive balls for Glendinnings against Bairstows at Bradley Mills, Huddersfield, W Yorks on 14 July 1939.
