The largest collegiate merchandise store measures 2,670.96 m² (28,750 ft²), and was achieved by The Warehouse at C.C. Creations (USA) in College Station, Texas, USA, on 25 March 2021.

The Warehouse at C.C. Creations sells only Texas A&M University Merchandise. It is situated on 8.19 acres and operates out of a building complex shared with two other retail businesses – C.C. Creations (the largest screen printing and embroidery company in the State of Texas), and Maroon U (a Texas A&M University Aggies retail boutique). The Warehouse at C.C. Creations opened for business on 1 August 2010.

The giant, single-level sales floor of The Warehouse at C.C. Creations measures 38.1 m x 70.1 m (125 ft x 230 ft), and averages 5.49 m (18 ft) in height. The structure itself is a metal steel frame building, composed of metal siding, sealed concrete floors, and exposed cinderblock interior walls. The store is run by a staff of 48 people, which increases to more than 60 people during football season between July and November. The Warehouse at C.C. Creations is open 7 days a week, with extended hours during football season, and is closed only five days a year for major national holidays.
