According to Valve Corporation, the "Lambda Locator" achievement has been achieved by just 2.6% of Steam users who have played Half-Life 2.

The achievement rewards players who discover all 45 of the hidden Lambda caches of bonus equipment dotted throughout the various Half-Life 2 maps. This record only covers the PC version of the game.
