The largest charcuterie board weighed 468.12 kg (1,032 lb 0.4 oz), and was achieved by Central Market (USA) in Austin, Texas, USA, on 11 September 2024.

The attempt took place to celebrate Central Market’s 30th anniversary. The board contained Black Kassel Old Forest Salami, Levoni Schiacciata Piccante, Niman Ranch European Style Applewood Smoked Ham, Fiorucci Genoa Salami, Levoni Salami Napoli, Don Juan Manchego Dop Aged 6 Months, Guggisberg Premium Swiss Cheese Fruit, Divina Pitted Castelvetrano Olives, Nassau Angelino Dried Plums Fruit Preserves, Divina Fig Spread, and St Teresa Membrillo.
