Tatyana McFadden (USA, b. Russia) won the 2017 Chicago Wheelchair Marathon in a time of 1 hour 39 minutes 15 seconds on 8 October 2017. She finished ahead of compatriot Amanda McGrory, although they were both given the same time. It was McFadden’s seventh consecutive win in Chicago, and her eighth overall.
