Zolani Tete (South Africa) won his WBO bantamweight title fight with Siboniso Gonya after 11 seconds on 18 November 2017 at the SSE Arena in Belfast, Northern Ireland, UK. Tete caught his opponent with his first punch, a right hook, after just 6 seconds. With Gonya out cold, the referee ended the fight without finishing his 10 count.

Incredibly, Tete has achieved an even quicker professional knockout. He defeated Xolile Ngemntu in 10 seconds in a non-championship bout on 19 August 2008.
