The largest jam filled biscuit weighed 26.76 kg (58 lb 15 oz) and was achieved by Frances Quinn and Hambleton Bakery (both UK) in Oakham, Rutland, UK, on 14 July 2017.
The biscuit, which was given the name of "Grand Slammy Dodger" was baked in the shape of a tennis racket to celebrate The Championships, Wimbledon 2017.
The physical dimensions of the biscuit at its largest were 52.5 cm (1.72 ft) in width, 127.7 cm (4.18 ft) in length, 9.5 cm (0.31 ft) in depth.The list of ingredients included: 12 kg plain flour, 4.800 kg icing sugar, 1.920 kg egg yolk, 7.200 kg butter, 10 g vanilla, 10 g salt, 400 g water and 4 kg of strawberry jam.
The biscuit was distributed for free in six different Hambleton Bakery shops.
