The “Cluster Buster” in 2005’s Hexic HD had been won by 259,383 gamers as of 21 March 2017, according to the Xbox site TrueAchievements.
The record refers to the most commonly achieved trophy in any game on any Xbox platform. Hexic HD is a tile-matching puzzle game designed by Tetris creator Alexey Pajitnov and released to the Xbox Live Arcade in 2005. "Cluster Buster" requires players to achieve just 25 combos across all of their games. Its total number of completions beats the most common achievements in big-hitters Gears of War, Halo 3 and GTA IV.
