According to information provided by Gary Powell, chief stunt co-ordinator on the 24th James Bond film Spectre (USA/UK, 2015), vehicles worth a staggering $48 million (£33 m) were destroyed during the making of the film – a figure boosted considerably by the destruction of seven of the 10 Aston Martin DB10 prototypes specially created for the film and valued at $4.6 million (£3.17 m) each, in addition to multiple Jaguar C-X75s valued at $1 million (£689,000) each, and numerous specially modified Landrover Defenders and Range Rovers valued at between $100,000 and $111,000 (£68,900–76,480) each.
