The largest gathering of organ transplant recipients is 540, and was achieved by the Donate Life Transplant Games of America in collaboration with the OneLegacy Foundation (both USA), at the 2018 Donate Life Transplant Games of America, in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA, on 7 August 2018.
Participants were members of 40 teams who participated in this year’s Transplant Games of America, now in its 25th year of goodwill events for everyone connected to organ donation and transplantation.
