The most goals scored in football (soccer) European Cup/UEFA Champions League Finals by a player is 7, first achieved by Alfredo di Stefano (Argentina/Spain) whilst playing for Real Madrid (Spain) from 1956 to 1960. This was equalled by di Stefano's Real Madrid teammate Ferenc Puskás (Hungary) from 1960 to 1962.
di Stefano scored one goal in each final from 1956 to 1959 and scored a hat-trick in 1960. His Real Madrid side won all five finals he scored in, giving them the record for 'Most consecutive wins of the football (soccer) European Cup/UEFA Champions League' from 1956 to 1960. Puskás scored four goals in the 1960 final, a record in it's own right, and a hat-trick in a losing effort in 1962. These two hat-tricks also give Puskás the record for 'Most hat-tricks scored in football (soccer) European Cup/UEFA Champions League Finals'.
