First IBM personal computer

The earliest IBM personal computer dates back to 1981, and was known simply as the 'IBM Personal Computer'. It had a maximum memory of just 256k and used a casette drive as storage, with a floppy drive as an optional extra. It included the earliest video card - the Monochrome Display Adaptor, which could only display text.
