Charlie Bigham's "Swish Pie" contains lobster, turbot, scallops, smoked salmon and oysters, all poached in Dom Perignon sauce. The topping features white Alba truffle and a 24-carat gold leaf crumb, while Beluga caviar sits alongside it as an appetizer. A limited number of the meals have been made available in the UK from 4 December 2013 for £314.16 ($515).
