The youngest player to score in a FIFA World Cup Final is Pelé (Brazil), aged 17 years 249 days vs Sweden at the Råsunda Stadium, Solna, Sweden on 28 June 1958.
Pelé scored twice in the game which Brazil won 5-2, it was his first of three World Cup triumphs (earning winner´s medals in 1962 and 1970 respectively) which is also a record for the number of World Cup wins by an individual.
