According to a consumer survey carried out by Entrepreneur.com and The Values Institute at DGWB, a California-based think tank that focuses on brand relationships, the world's most trusted brand is Amazon.com. The company, which began trading in October 1998, works in partnership with other companies to offer millions of products from a single website, often at lower prices than those found on the high street and with the option of free delivery.
Other household names included in the survey of most trusted brands include Ford, Coca-Cola, Apple, Nike and Starbucks.
