World Minigolf Sport Federation

The World Minigolf Sport Federation (WMF) is the sole umbrella organization of minigolf sport associations worldwide with continental federations on all five continents. Founded in 1980, WMF is a Member of GAISF, AIMS (Alliance of Independent Recognized Members of Sport) and TAFISA representing 65 national associations as full members and more than 38,000 registered players worldwide. The members of the WMF organize over 1,500 tournaments each year. The WMF organizes World Championships and Continental Championships for Youth and General Class on a biennial cycle as well as the World Adventure Golf Masters and Grand Prix Events each year.

The most World Minigolf Sport Federation (WMF) World Championship-level tournament wins by a male golfer in the Youth category (19 and under) is three, achieved by Kenny Marc Schmeckenbecher (Germany) at the 2022 Youth World Championships held in Murnau, Germany, on 9–13 Aug 2022. He won in three categories: Strokeplay, Matchplay and Mixed Pairs, alongside Annika Sophia Hensel.
