Rosie Barclay

Rosie Barclay is a Certificated Clinical Animal Behaviourist (CCAB) and past chair of “The Association of Pet Behaviour Counsellors” (APBC). She is also a registered Animal Behaviour and Training Council (ABTC) Clinical Animal Behaviourist (CAB) practitioner. Rosie holds a BSc (Hons) in Zoology and an MPhil in Animal Behaviour and Welfare from Nottingham University and is presently consulting as a companion animal behaviourist on the beautiful Channel Islands of Jersey and Guernsey. Rosie is a contributing author in The APBC Book of Companion Animal Behaviour, has published several academic papers, written numerous magazine and newspaper articles and has appeared on national as well as local radio and TV. She presently has grown-up children, a rescue Pekingese cross called Thisbe, two chickens, two guinea fowl, two terrapins residing in a pond full of fish and a very understanding husband. Rosie is proud to state that she does not use any forceful or abusive training techniques.
