At Guinness World Records headquarters we never forget the most important thing: fun!

That's why we came up with five extraordinary record titles specifically designed for record breakers under 16

To celebrate the launch of Guinness World Records 2022 and the creation of this amazing set of records, four very special influencers tried their hands at some of them:

  • Fastest time to pack a school bag
  • Most times to hit a target with a paper aircraft in three minutes
  • Most socks put on one foot in 30 seconds

Let’s see how they did!

Elena and Clara

Elena and Clara are two bubbly sisters who love making fun videos on YouTube for families to enjoy.

To share their love for Guinness World Records 2022 with their over 1.06M subscribers, they tried to break the record for the fastest time to pack a school bag!

Clara was confident she could round up her fourteen essential school items and pack her bag in less than 25 seconds, but Elena also seemed set on beating her sister's time.

Who will be the fastest to pack their school bag after the bell (and the timer!) rings?

ZiZi

Young Youtube star ZiZi Williamson armed himself with lots of colourful paper airplanes and attempted to snatch the crown for the most times to hit a target with a paper aircraft in three minutes

He was confident in his skills but did he manage to break a record!?

If you - like ZiZi - love a good challenge or if you think yourself a pro at making and throwing paper airplanes, this might be your time to shine and show the adults how it's done.

Calling all paper aircraft masters under 16: this is an epic challenge for you!

Kailem

ZiZi’s older brother Kailem is a football freestyle enthusiast, and his favourite records are the ones set by Young Achiever Chinonso Eche

Among the records specifically created for a younger audience, Kailem tried his hand - or rather, foot - at the record for the most socks put on one foot in 30 seconds

The rules are simple: gather a big pile of socks to use during the attempt, set your timer and pull on as many socks as you can on one foot!

You are allowed to wear one sock to begin with, but that won’t be counted in the final result.

Sadly, with four socks worn in thirty seconds, Kailem didn't manage to break the record - but he had lots of fun trying!

On our kids' website, you will find five amazing records specifically designed for the title holders of tomorrow.

Thanks to this selection entirely dedicated to Under 16's, among which we can find the fastest time to stack 20 LEGO® bricks in a right-angle tower and most socks put on one foot in 30 seconds, our younger readers can test their skills in amazing challenges.

This way, they don’t have to unfairly compete with adults.

Instead, they can measure themselves with challenges against time that are structured to maximize the fun.

Parents and guardians must put forward the application for the younger members of their family.
