He’s one of the most popular gaming video bloggers on YouTube, having set a pair of records for his Call of Duty channel, but could Ali-A get into the history books for his Minecraft playing skills?
 
We recently threw down a double block-building challenge to the 21-year-old Legends of Gaming star, who’s real name is Alistair Aiken, with Jenny Langridge from Guinness World Records on hand to officially adjudicate.
 
In the videos below, Ali attempts to set new world records for the Tallest staircase built in one minute in Minecraft and Most blocks of wood collected in three minutes in Minecraft.
