We confirmed three things from last week's Fan Choice:

  1. Size does matter.
  2. Never bet against something named Hercules.
  3. The Internet loves cats.

Hercules the Liger snagged 51.98% of your votes in last week's competition, adding to his status as the largest living cat. He joins Lucas Wilson as the two Fan Choice winners from our weeks of GWR 2014 contestants.

This is the last week we'll feature record holders from the awesome new book in stores now, before we get back to normal business next week. So cast your vote below, let us know what you think in the comments, and watch out for flying chunks of watermelon in the meantime...

MOST WATERMELONS CRUSHED WITH THE HEAD IN ONE MINUTE (pictured above)

Record: 43

Holder: Tafzi Ahmed (Germany)

Location: Rose Festival, Saxony-Anhalt, Germany

That's not all: Ambitiously, Tafzi aimed for 50 crushed watermelons laid out for him on his official attempt, but could smash "only" 43. His attempt drew such attention in town that one of the witnesses who came to help verify the attempt was the city mayor himself.

TALLEST USEABLE POGO STICK

Fred Grzybowski - Tallest Pogo_094.jpg

Record: 2.91 m (9 ft 6.5 in)

Holder: Fred Grzybowski (USA)

Location: Toronto International Busker Festival, Toronto, Canada

That's not all: The record measurement is taken as the height from the ground to the foot pedals, so there's still even a little higher to go before you reach the handles. In order to qualify for this record, a jumper needs to complete at least 20 consecutive bounces on the stick. Nothing new for Grzybowski, an XPogo athlete who's held world records in five different pogo stick jumping categories.

MOST PIROUETTES ON POINTE ON THE HEAD

Wu Zhengdan and Wei Baohua - Most pirouettes on pointe on the head 133913-0446.jpg

Record: 4

Holders: Wu Zhengdan and Wei Baohua (China)

Location: The set of "Lo Show Dei Record," Rome, Italy

That's not all: Zhengdan and Baohua are actually a wife and husband combination who perform for the Guangdong Acrobatic Troupe. Zhengdan gets atop her husband's head while he wears a cap with a small groove in it for her to position her on-pointe shoes. The things we do for love!

LONGEST DURATION BOX SPLITS BETWEEN TWO OBJECTS

Jacopo Forza - Longest duration balancing in box splits-0522_2.jpg

Record: 3 min 48 sec

Holder: Jacopo Forza (Italy)

Location: The set of "Lo Show Dei Record," Rome, Italy

That's not all: Just 18 years old, Forza is a martial artist who balanced atop two cars for his record attempt. The photo above was not from his official attempt but you can still see that all Forza was allowed to have in contact with his supports were his feet and ankles.
