My name is Teresa Hanula, and this is my border colleague, Leonard Lee

He is a Guinness World Record holder in most basketball slam dumps by a dog in one minute

And for this distance, walk by a dog while balancing a book in one minute

Leonard comes from performance and an entertainment background himself. His grandfather has done a few movies

Good boy. Ever since the day that we had met, Leonard and I have had a very, very close relationship

and it continues to grow every day. He could be really feisty and very opinionated

But he also has a very sensitive side. He just knows what you're feeling

and if you're not feeling well, he'll be there laying right by your side

Leonard is in a very side. An amphibious dog loves to swim

He's also a canine artist and takes part in several auctions, raising money to help less fortunate dogs

He loves and has fun practicing canine parkour in the park and in urban areas as well

And he just loves learning any types of tricks just to keep his mind busy

I am a professional dog trainer, but taking on a Guinness World Record

was definitely a beast all of its own. Letter loves balls and loves fetching Teaching him the slam dunking of the basketball was self trick for him I always feel nervous because at the end of the day he is a dog

With any animal, you just never know what to expect. Three, two, and one

Go, go, go, go, go, go. Buzzer goes off to start. He does one basketball shoot

I start getting nervous going, are we going to be able to break this record

And I start handing in the ball even faster. The excitement is really

Building, building, building, building. Then the buzzer ends, and I have no idea

if we had broken the record, if we had tied, we had lost. And he broke the record, and we made 22 slam dunks

At that point, I think there was tears streaming down my face. I was so excited and overjoyed

Good, yes. Again, the nerves were kind of at an all-time high

We're starting off, he's doing very well. I hope for maybe 11, 12 meters, and he's walking

he's doing well, coaching him, telling him to step, moving, moving, moving until he had no further to go

We had run out of space in the bookstore. At that point, he had reached 17.3 meters

He had about 10 seconds left on the clock, but we were just all so overjoyed

an even prouder dogma moment. We started off wanting one Guinness World Record

and that felt great. And now that we have two, it feels even better

Who knows what the future can hold for him
