Miracle Milly was once the world's shortest dog!

Meet Milly, the once-shorest dog in the world, who is a relative of Chihuahua Pearl who now holds the record! Milly measured 9.65 cm (3.8 in) tall on 21 February 2013 and was owned by Vanesa Semler of Dorado, Puerto Rico.
