What types of music do you like

Er, drum and bass. What else? House. What else

Garage. I'm John Norbury, I'm DJ Archie's dad, and he holds the record for the world's youngest club DJ

How did you come to DJ? It's purely by accident how this happened really

He watched me from two and a half to three years old, and I was saying

please don't touch my equipment, because I thought he was going to break everything. And one day, he turned all my equipment on when I was downstairs

and I came upstairs, and he was mixing two songs together. How did you get started

It was in time, and I really couldn't get my head around it. How did you get started

I thought I'd show my wife, so I took out my phone and started videoing him. And I put that video on my social media, and it got quite a few views

People seemed to like it, I'll create him a page for fun. And from there, we started adding some more videos, so you can see him getting better and better

as I'm helping him and teaching him parts of the controller. It was purely by accident. I think that if I'd have tried to make him to do it

and put him in front of the decks himself, and tried to actually physically get him to do it

he probably wouldn't have done it. He's a very determined little boy, and very observant

He pretty much did everything himself, to be fair. If this little boy doesn't inspire some of you lot to get into this game, I don't know what will

This beat is so funky, man! To break the Guinness World Record, Archie had to play for one hour on his own

in a club that had a certain amount of people inside it

And he had to be completely unaided. He was four years old, and 130 days

which knocked about nine months off the previous record. He's played in front of some big crowds, 2,000 people plus, when he was quite young

but recently this is the biggest crowd that he'll play to. It's 6,000, 7,000 people here today

I probably get more nervous than Archie does, obviously because of his age

and he's been DJing now for so long, and he's been playing to quite big audiences

I don't think he gets too nervous. It's just what he does, and he just goes out and does it

His timing for his age is unbelievable. The way that he cuts and manipulates the sound is very different to that of an adult

because adults are generally confined by rules, things that should sound good

but he does things that are quite intuitive, and they sound really good

Salute Archie! Wicked. I hope that he continues with it, but I'm under no misconceptions

Obviously children change, and they change what they want to do. He might want to be the world's youngest astronaut or something, I don't know

Just something that he can look back on when he's old enough

and hopefully realise how good it is, and how difficult it is to set a record like that
