I also work in the NHS, in mental health specifically and I work with medium to high risk suicide patients and seeing them change their life around and a big part of that is exercise

And I can go into schools and things which I'm doing now, spread that message to people and say, look, this is my journey, this is where it's got me here but more importantly this is what exercise can do to you

And that's where fitness and mental health link in inextricably. Make that step, go outside, start that fitness journey, you will not regret it
