Meet Andrea M, hula hooping expert and serial record breaker

Andrea M is going to be attempting the Guinness World Records title for the longest duration spinning five hula hoops using the bomb and the arms

Andrea must keep the hoops spinning simultaneously the same time. And if the hoops were to touch each other or fall on the floor, the attempt is over

Not really thinking about anything, just looking at the hoops and feeling music really. Great, right. Over to the official result

The record to beat was 1 minute 30 and you achieved 4 minutes and 6 seconds

I've got a hula hoop set up over here ready. And then you put it on the small of your back and give it a good push and then rock back and forth

It sounds so easy like that. I promise I have not done this before

Over the last few years, she's got on to break many other records. In March 2024, she set the record for the longest duration hula hooping around the bum at 55 minutes, four seconds

A few months later, she decided to attempt it again and beat her own record by five minutes
