Super-fit Aussie Eva Clarke added three more Guinness World Records titles to her mounting collection last week when she set a record for the Most pull ups in 24 hours (female) with a staggering 3,737 reps – also snapping up the one hour (725) and 12 hour (2,740) records in the process.

The gruelling attempt took place at Al Wahda Mall in Abu Dhabi, UAE as part of the shopping centre’s ‘cause:health’ initiative which aims to support and promote well-being, fitness and social development in the region.

Eva was required to perform each rep according to the strict Guinness World Records guidelines that apply to all pull ups titles. This meant raising her body until the chin was above the level of the bar and then lowering down until her arms were straight, with no bending at the waist.
