The 22-year-old Canadian singer-songwriter impressive tally of achievements in this year's edition of the annual include: 
 
Most streamed track on Spotify in one week: The release of the song “What Do You Mean?” captivated music-listeners everywhere, including Justin’s massive fan base. On the platform Spotify, it was streamed an amazing 30,723,708 times over seven days. 
 
Most streamed album on Spotify in one week: With the gushing success of track “What Do You Mean?” on the Spotify platform, it then lead to an ideal transition the overall victory of his fourth studio album “Purpose”.  Streamed 205 million times worldwide, it set a new benchmark in the USA where it was showcased as No.1 on the Billboard 200. 
 
Most simultaneous tracks on the US singles chart:  As dated December 2015, a number of the Canadian pop star’s songs were scattered amongst the ranks on the Billboard Hot 100.  Totaling an impressive 17 tracks, the list had well-known titles such as “Sorry”, “Love Yourself”, “Company” and ”Mark My Words”. 
 
Most simultaneous new entries in the Hot 100 by a solo artist:  The black-and-white cover of Purpose became a familiar sight on the lists of Billboard with 13 songs on the Hot 100 dated December 5, 2015. 
 
 
First act to occupy all top three positions simultaneously on UK singles chart: Justin also found remarkable success in other parts of the world, specifically the UK with his records "Love Yourself" (No.1), "Sorry" (No.2) and "What Do You Mean?” (No.3) towering the UK singles chart on January 14, 2016. 
 
Most followers on twitter (male): Thanks to Justin’s staggering popularity amongst his “beliebers” he maintains his ongoing record of Most Twitter followers at 85,235,563 and counting. Since January of this year, his followers have increased by and astounding 11 million. 

Most viewed music channel on YouTube (individual): • Maintaining his numbers in the millions, Justin’s official VEVO channel on YouTube was the most viewed with 10,478,651,389. The impressions were counted amongst 120 videos that have been uploaded to the page since 2009, and contributed to him breaking Rihanna’s former record of 6,884,884,873 views. 
 
Most subscribers on YouTube for a musician (male): On the world’s most popular video site, Justin Bieber claimed another title from his 20,711,202 subscribers on his YouTube Channel JustinBieberVEVO

A team of Guinness World Records staff and an official adjudicator recently presented Justin with certificates celebrating his magnificent record-breaking achievements before one of his sold-out shows on the Purpose World Tour at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
