Recently, the Guinness World Records headquarters in London had a visit from the one and only Linsey Lindberg – otherwise known as Mama Lou (USA).
This record-breaking strongwoman holds some seriously impressive record titles, such as the Most apples crushed with the bicep in one minute after she destroyed ten apples between her arms on the set of Lo Show Dei Record in Milan, Italy, back in July 2014.
Mama Lou also holds the record for the Most telephone directories torn by a female in a minute after she ripped five 1,000-page directories at the Central Market in Austin, Texas, USA, in November 2014.
Always striving to get stronger and match men’s records, she is currently training to attempt to set a record for most decks of cards ripped in one minute.
