For the second year running, Guinness World Records is partnering with Brick and will be attending this year’s events in Birmingham and London.

Built by LEGO fans for LEGO fans, the show features amazing creations on display from the world’s best LEGO builders, have-a-go themed areas, brick pits, workshops from professional builders, and a brick market place where you can pick up new and second hand Lego.

Guinness World Records will once again have its very own GWRLive! stand at this year’s show, offering visitors the chance to become a record breaker.

This year’s event will be taking place at the NEC in Birmingham from the 29th October until the 1st November and will also be returning to London’s Excel from the 10thto the 13thof December.

Craig Glenday at Brick 2014Among the records set at last year’s BRICK was the title for the Largest LEGO® videogame diorama. Using pieces from LEGO® Minecraft sets, visitors were invited to take part in the attempt and to leave their own mark on the incredible plastic block landscape. The final construction measured an incredible 17.13 m² (184 sq ft).

Take a look at the attempt in the video below:

This year at BRICK there will be several individual challenges ready for you to take part in.

Those who register the best score for each challenge will be invited by an official adjudicator to attempt a GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ record-title, so be ready to go home with a certificate and a world record!

We met many new talents on the GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ stand at BRICK 2014 and witnessed a number of new records being set. This year, it could be YOU.
