The World Hepatitis Alliance set a Guinness World Record on July 28th of this year with the most people performing 'see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil' in 24 hours (multiple venues).

12,588 participants in 42 venues across the world took part to bring hepatitis into the spotlight.

Patient groups around the world joined forces to co-ordinate their activities and focus on World Hepatitis Day.

The alliance attempted this record in the hopes that it would put the illness into the spotlight and raise awareness to the day, as 1 in 12 people worldwide are affected by hepatitis.

The World Hepatitis Alliance is a not-for-profit international umbrella Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) whose membership is composed of organisations working in the field of viral hepatitis.
